My research is in astroparticle physics and focuses on dark matter (DM) and coherent neutrino scattering (CEvNS) using novel detection techniques to answer fundamental questions about our universe. Over the years, I have followed my curiosity about the DM of our universe in my undergraduate and graduate work at Université de Montréal, where I completed my Ph.D.
I am Principal Investigator (PI) in international collaborations searching for DM and CEvNS: the NEWS-G (New Experiment With Spheres-Gas) and SBC (Scintillating Bubble Chamber) experiments. My scientific program focuses on improving detector technology to add the directionality channel, on micro-physics to understand the behavior of low-energy detectors, and on the search for new rare physics processes.
I also provide undergraduate students, graduate students, and postdocs with the best possible research experience and opportunities for career advancement.
