Registration for Participation via Video Conference

It is important that you pre-register for participation to ensure that you will be notified in case of any unforeseeable changes or cancellation.

Click "iScheduler" to open the Telehealth Video Conference Scheduler for AHS. You may have to set up your account if this is the first time you have logged into the system.
Under the Meetings tab on the left side of the page, select "Register" then select "Learning" (it may take a moment for the scheduler to load).
Locate the Grand Rounds: Scroll through the chronological meetings under the meetings list.
Register: From the far right of the event listed (use horizontal scroll bar if necessary), click "Sign Up." Fill in the required registration information and select your preferred site of participation.
Confirm: Click the button "Register" to confirm the registration.
