The Winter 2025 Completion Form process is below.

STEP 1: Generate your Completion Form and have it automatically sent to your partner.

Make sure you leave time to complete this step. After you generate the form, it will be automatically sent to your community partner on your behalf (so make sure you type their email correctly!). Your community partner will then sign the Completion Form and email it back to you. Once they email it back to you, you'll be ready to continue to Step 2 below. 

Notes

• For group completions, only one member of the group should generate the form, and they should list the names of each member of the group. Once the community partner sends the signed form back, each member should upload the signed Completion Form individually in Step 2.

• If you are an EDU 100 student, please use the form linked in the CSL info block on your course eClass page.

• If you did a CSL placement in two or more different classes, make sure you generate (Step 1) and upload (Step 2) a unique Completion Form for each class.
