The Math and Computing Science Seminar at Augustana is a (mostly) monthly gathering where students and faculty explore a wide range of topics in mathematics and computing science. Each session features engaging discussions on research, problem-solving, and innovative applications across various domains.
The seminar will mostly consists of faculty presentations but welcomes student presentations, and will occasionally features guest speakers. Whether you're interested in pure mathematics, algorithms, software development, or interdisciplinary applications, there’s something for everyone.
Join us each month to learn, share, and connect with the Math and Computing Science community at Augustana! Snacks and coffee will be available for in-person participants.
We are hosting weekly research seminars at Augustana over the summer. Open to all students and faculty, no pre-requisite needed.
