"The biggest thing I’ve learned is the importance of clear and proactive communication. Whether it’s updating a supervisor, asking the right questions, or collaborating with a team, strong communication helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures everyone is aligned toward a shared goal. It’s a skill I’ll carry with me into any future role. Looking ahead, I hope to continue building confidence in professional settings and use this experience as a stepping stone to explore career paths that align with my interests, values, and strengths."
