Effective reflection will help you look on the bright cider of experiences and help you grow both personally and professionally. Below are a few tips we will leaf you with and gourd luck as you continue your career exploration!
Assess achievements and challenges: What are you proud of that you accomplished? What was a challenge you faced? How did you overcome the challenge?
Learn from setbacks: Things don’t always go perfectly and that’s ok! Failure does not define you. Look at failure objectively and as an opportunity to grow.
Identify skills and growth opportunities: Look at the skills you have gained and where you can continue to grow. From there, continue to find new opportunities to build these skills.
Set clear goals: Reflection is a great strategy to help define your goals moving forward. Use a SMART structure for goal setting to help set specific steps you can take to achieve your goals.
