I'm focused on Workplace Instructional Design because I understand the significant need for high quality instructional materials and the flexibility to be online or in-person. I enjoy putting together successful courses and helping people do their jobs or live their lives better.

My current resume is linked here. I have an extensive background in project administration, corporate and start-up environments, and have worked for location, national, and international organizations.

I specifically chose to study under Boise State University's Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning (OPWL) program because they focus on adult learning in organizational settings with an emphasis on performance results. This is the space I want to be in.
