In order to receive payment, you will need to sign in and out each day.

For Wednesday 8/3 and Thursday 8/4, you will need to sign in and out at the tables/desks at the entrance to Building E at Elgin Community College. For all other days, including the afternoon on Tuesday 8/2, you will complete an online sign-in and out (links are below). For all full days, you will have a one-hour lunch break. Please make sure you accurately record this time on your sign-in/out sheet.

In addition to the active time spent learning as a large group, you will have some asynchronous courses to complete. You will be paid per PD hour for these courses (i.e. if the course is worth 2 PD hours, you will be paid for 2 hours of work). You will need to complete these courses in Canvas no later than 8/12/2022 in order to receive timely payment for this work.

For all sessions Thursday 8/4 - Tuesday 8/9, you will also sign in and out of each of the PD sessions. These forms are part of compliance with ISBE's guidelines for PD providers and are kept as separate records from payroll.
