Goals

• Misting Module

  • Develop final CAD model

  • Print CAD model

  • Seal CAD model to be water tight

• Acrylic

  • Roll Sector 1 acrylic tube into place

  • Fit acrylic into final design

• More rings were cut to roll the acrylic

  • Heat gun used to try and roll acrylic

  • Did not work with current setup

• Created CAD model for misting module for smoke

  • Has two sections for water

    • One for excess reservoir 

    • One for misting machine

  • Automatic refill capabilities

  • Plug so reservoir can be removed safely

  • New angled beam for mist to travel (since mist falls b/c it is heavier than air)

Goals for Next 2 Weeks

• Finish misting module with sealant 

  • Test misting module with new beam and full design

• Roll acrylic into place

  • Fit into final design

• Cut Sector 2 acrylic and roll with new technique

  • Fit into final design

• Create test stand for objects
