Scout tube that is same diameter or print rings (ABS filament) to help mold the plastic
Scout wood to see if it will work for the rings to help mold the plastic

Found 1.5 mm acrulic to use for the tubing in our project
Cut out acrylic on the CNC
Filed down the rough edges for safety
Tested the dovetail with a scrap piece to see if it would line up
Ended up cutting out several test pieces to find which tolerance would work the best on this CNC
0.015 inches of tolerance worked the best
