Tylers career began in 2012, when he was named the General Manager of the acclaimed Off-Broadway production Around the World in 80 Days. Soon after, Tyler headed to Orlando to become the Actors' Equity Association Business Representative for Walt Disney Parks and Resort US, representing over 750 actors, singers, dancers, acrobats, circus performers, and stunt men across 4 parks and 5 resorts.
At AEA, Tyler worked on the development of Disney Parks shows, some of which are still running today, including Hocus Pocus Villin Spelltacular, Mickey's Royal Friendship Faire, Rivers of Light, Jungle Book: Alive With Magic, American Music Machine, and Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple.
Tyler also settled multiple arbitrations with Disney and oversaw the enforcement of safety measures for all types of the performers' work, including motorcycle and car stunts, burning man stunts, water-floating stages, rebuilding the stage Cinderella's Castle, fight choreography and interactive pyrotechnic and firework displays.
In 2017, Tyler became the Director of Operations for Artists Simply Human (ASH) Dance Convention, working with world-renowned choregraphers from across the US and managing all touring production staff & talent.
