This guide reviews how to complete a Monthly Schedule Check. These checks ensure that you are consistently updating your instructor schedule to match the correct number of instructor hours based on revenue
You can review your center's monthly revenue by either:
Visiting the Business Reporting Dashboard
Running a Payment Reconciliation in Radius
Using the Business Center Dashboard (or Payment Reconciliation in Radius), review your center's current monthly revenue
You can determine weekly instructor hours by using the formula:
Weekly Instructor Hours = (Monthly Revenue/400)
The formula above aims for a Revenue/Instructor Hour value of ~100. This allows you to have additional instructor hours for training and other tasks without going below our goal of 85 R/IH
Look through your current student schedule and determine how many instructors you will need at any given hour.
Each instructor scheduled can cover approximately 3.5 students on the DaySmart schedule (rounded up!)
Determine the number of current instructor hours from the Instructor Info tab of your Center Information Spreadsheet
Make any edits necessary to the schedule to reduce unecessary instructor hours or add additional instructor hours based on current DaySmart student schedules
You can visit the Updating Appointment Slots guide linked above to update the DaySmart schedule
Remember to add 3.5 slots for each instructor working at that time (rounded up)
