Instructor Employment Tests are given to check an applicant's math ability, which helps us determine if they are capable of math instruction. You will need to get them started and grade their test!

Add some blank pages behind the employment test for them to work on scratch work
The Employment Test is found in the Shared Drive (linked above in Resources!)
Step 2: Get applicant started on Employment Test

Sit the applicant in an area where they will not be easily distracted
Go through the rules on the first page with them
Remind them to bring the test to you (or an instructor) when complete.
Take note of when they started, as they only have 2 hours to complete the test

If the applicant reaches the 2 hour mark, you should collect the test from them

This can be found under Shared Drive -> Staff
Each problem is worth 2 points
Partial credit can be given where appropriate
Write the final score at the top of the first page

The Employment Test will be used to create Employment Test PKs for instructor training
It's generally a good idea to store employment tests in order to have that data if needed in the future
