The Monthly Center Newsletter keeps your instructors up to date on important center announcements, provides additional training insights, and comes with its own Problem of the Month! This guide reviews how to update and send out your center newsletters
The Training Director will make the template available once the proper edits are made for the current month
If you open the template and find the wrong month, you may need to wait a couple days before completing this task
Locate the Center Updates section of the Monthly Center Newsletter and add any additional info you desire
Template pages have already been added for convienence
Pages in the Center Updates section can be added and deleted where necessary
Add a poll question at the end of the Monthly Center Newsletter
You can make this poll about anything you think could be important to learn from your instructors
Create a Google Form and edit it to match your poll question
Once created, you can link the form to the page by creating a hyperlink on the appropriate graphic
You can download your Newsletter as a PDF through the Share button in the top right corner in Canva
Save this PDF to somewhere you can find it on your computer
Create an announcement post in Paylocity and attach the Monthly Center Newsletter PDF to the post
