Progress reports are monthly reports that can be generated in Radius and sent to any actively enrolled student from the previous month. This guide reviews how to prepare and send a batched report.

This page can be found under the Guardian's Tab in Radius
Find and click the Current Batch Details button in the Progress Report Manager
All enrolled students from the previous month are automatically added to the batch
Use the checkbox in the far righthand column in order to exclude any students necessary
Reasons to exclude students can include
Families who are no longer enrolled
Families on hold for the previous month
Other exceptions
Click the Go Back button near the top of the Current Batch Details Page
Click Submit Current Batch on the Progress Report Manager page
Once clicked, the batch will begin sending progress reports. This action can be canceled before completion if edits are necessary
