This guide reviews how to complete weekly attendance calls. The purpose of these calls is to ensure consistant student attendance by communicating with parents of students who have not attended recently.
Visit the Center Dashboard on your Center Info Spreadsheet
Find the Attendance Text/Call List module
Text or call parents of students to check in with them
You can use the example text/call below or write what works best for you!
Example Text/Call:
"Hi ___, this is ____ with Mathnasium! We haven't seen ____ in the center for a while so I wanted to check in and see when we may be working with them next. Let me know if you have any questions, and we look forward to working with ___ soon!"
Create a completed Radius activity for each parent that you reached out to ON THE STUDENT PAGE
Name the activity 'Attendance Call'
Make sure to name the activity 'Attendance Call' whether or not it was a call or text. This will allow your Center Dashboard to update properly

Write a quite note in the comments section
Save the activity
You can find Radius activities at the bottom of each student's account page
