Summary

Game Nights are an important part of what makes Mathnasium fun! These game nights not only allow students to have fun in the center outside of their normal sessions, but also give parents a much needed night out. This guide reviews how to prepare for and execute a Mathnasium Game Night.

Game Night Preperation

Step 1: Review Game Night dates on Marketing Dashboard

Step 2: Determine Game Night activities and other ideas with marketing associate

Step 3: Print and post promotional material

Step 4: Work with marketing associates and instructors to staff game night

Step 5: Promote game night sign-ups in the center

Step 6: Pre-order pizza a day or two before the game night

Game Night Execution

Step 1: Review Game Night sign-ups

Step 2: Pick up pizza, drinks, and any additional supplies

Step 3: Decorate center and set up games and eating area

Step 4: Review Game Night responsibilities with instructors

Step 5: Welcome and sign-in students as they arrive

Step 6: Give students pizza and enjoy!
