Attendance rewards are a great way to help motivate consistant attendance in the center. Each time a student passes the 50 attendance mark they will receive 10 reward cards. This guide reviews how to track and give attendance rewards in your center!

Step 1: Run a Student Report in Radius and sort by student attendance

Go to Radius -> Reports -> Students
Set Enrollment Filter to enrolled
Set Center filter to your center
Sort by Attendance (high to low)
Step 2: Open the Attendance Tracker Project in Asana

You can find your center's attendance project in your center's team in Asana
Step 3: Find students who have passed the next 50 attendance mark
Step 3: Find students who have passed the next 50 attendance mark
Using the student report from Radius, go down the list and find any student who has passed the next 50 attendance mark
I.E. -Jimmy's name is found in the 50 attendance column in Asana, but Radius shows Jimmy at 103 attendances
Step 4: Move those students to the appropriate columns and put 10 reward cards in their binders

Write 10 cards for any student who was moved and put the cards in their binder
