The Parent-Directed Special Education Services (PDSES) program is a one-time $1500 grant for parents/guardians of eligable students served by special education in Texas public schools. This guide details the steps nesessary to apply the grant towards a Mathnasium membership.

Step 1: During the enrollment paperwork, set payment as check

The grant covers $1500, so you will need to divide that number by the price of their membership to determine the length of time the payment covers

Step 1: Locate and open the SSES Invoice file in the Google Drive (located in Resources above)

NOTE! - The address on the invoice is NOT your center's address, but our business mailing address!! Do not change on the invoice.
Step 3: Add the invoice per session by dividing the total month's pay by number of sessions

Add the total number of sessions they were booked for into the correct cells
You should add the sessions that correspond to the student's schedule
I.E. - A student scheduled for October 2024 on Mondays and Wednesdays would be scheduled for the 2nd, 7th, 9th, 14th, 16th, 21st, 23rd, 28th, and 30th.
Step 4: Download the file as a PDF and email it to the guardian's email for them to submit for approval.

Download the file as a PDF. You can do this by printing to PDF in the printing menu
