For assessments that have not-yet enrolled, it is important that we continue to maintain contact with the lead until they either come back to enroll, or tell us that they are not interested in enrolling.

Create a subtask from the main assessment task in Asana
Make sure to assign the task to yourself and add a date for the task so it appears on your calendar
Call/Text the lead and ask when they would like to come back in to review their child's assessment results
Review your Asana calendar and work with them to find a good time to come in
If the lead is no longer interested in Mathnasium, mark the assessment task as 'Not-Enrolled' and skip to step 5

Add this subtask to the Assessments Project, and add it to the 'CD Unavailable' section
