Smile and talk with enthusiasm
Talk to them like they are a real person!
Start with "Can you tell me more about your student?"
Good questions to follow up with are:
"How have they done on tests and quizes?"
"What does homework time look like?"
Address the parent's concerns one-by-one
Be CONFIDENT and reassure that we can help!
Use phrases like "We have seen this situation before!"
Tell them that the first step is for us to book an assessment to figure out where to get their student started
Give the parent appointment times that you have available
"Here's what I have available. When is the best time to schedule?"
