1. Presentation date: June 30, 2024  (At least one author completed registration for the PERIC)

2. Topics: we accept original studies, review studies, or case study that related to paramedicine or emergency response

3. Submission rules:

   • No submission and review fee

   • Every first author can only submit one presentation abstract

   • All authors are responsible for the ethics and copyright issues of the contents.

   • Once the abstract is accepted, we will provide a poster format and template.

   • Abstract submission closing date: June 1, 2024

   • Announcement of accepted abstracts: June 10, 2024 

4. Awards for both Ora and Poster presentation:

   • First prize: 5,000 NTD voucher + certificate + Fast track to publish at JPER

   • Second prize: 2,500 NTD voucher + certificate+ Fast track to publish at JPER

   • Third prize: 1,000 NTD voucher + certificate+ Fast track to publish at JPER

   • Provide participant certificate to all submissions

5. Abstract format:

   • English presenters have to submit English abstracts; Chinese presenters have to submit BOTH Chinese and English abstracts.

   • Word limit for English abstract 300-500 words / 中文摘要字數500-800字

   • Abstract of original / review study include title, background/introduction, methods, results, conclusions

   • Abstract of case report posters include title, background/introduction, case description, discussion

1. 發表日期：2024年06月30日於PERIC國際研討會進行海報發表與評核(至少安排一位作者擔任發表者且須報名參加研討會)

2. 發表主題：凡與醫療救護或緊急應變相關之原創研究、回顧研究、或案例研究

3. 投稿規則：

   • 本活動為免費投稿

   • 同一位作者不得重複擔任同一發表類型的第一作者(例如作者A僅能擔任一篇口頭發表的第一作者)

   • 所有作者應確定內容與圖文皆符合學術倫理規範與版權，違者取消參賽資格並自行負責

   • 格式將於摘要被接受後提供給作者

   • 摘要截止時間為：2024年5月31日

   • 摘要錄取名單將於2024年6月7日前官網公告

4. 獎勵方式：

   • 第1名禮券5,000元、獎狀、優先收錄"醫療救護與緊急應變"國際期刊

   • 第2名禮券2,500元、獎狀、優先收錄"醫療救護與緊急應變"國際期刊

   • 第3名禮券1,000元、獎狀、優先收錄"醫療救護與緊急應變"國際期刊

   • 所有投稿人員皆會獲得參加證書

5. 摘要格式：

   • 中文發表摘要須提供中英文摘要、英文發表者僅需提供英文摘譯

   • 英文摘要字數限制為300-500字，中文摘要字數限制為500-800字

   • 研究海報摘要：標題、研究背景、研究方法、研究結果、研究結論

   • 案例研究摘要：標題、研究背景、案例描述、案例討論

   • 中文摘要格式下載、English Abstract Format

Poster Presentation:

• All presenters must complete registration for the 2024 PERIC.

• Please create your poster according to the template provided by the conference.

• Posters must be printed by presenters (according to the template size) and brought to the venue on the presentation day.

• All poster PDF files must be submitted by June 20, 2024.

• All poster presenters must record a video introducing their poster content, not exceeding 3 minutes, and submit it with the poster PDF file (please provide a cloud storage link).

• Only those who display their posters on-site and participate in the poster presentation will be eligible for evaluation.

• There will be no separate presentation session on the day of the poster presentation; authors only need to interact with attendees near their posters.

Oral Presentation:

• All presenters must complete registration for the 2024 PERIC.

• All oral presentation slides (limited to pptx or PDF) must be submitted by June 20, 2024.

• If there are multiple authors for an oral presentation, please designate one person as the representative.

• The maximum time for each oral presentation is 8 minutes per group, with 5 minutes for questions from the on-site judges and audience.

海報發表：

• 所有發表者必須完成報名參加2024PERIC

• 海報製作請依照大會所提供的模板進行製作

• 海報發表需自行印製海報(請依照模板大小印製)並於發表當天自行帶至現場

• 所有海報PDF電子檔請於2024年6月20日前繳交

• 所有海報發表者請自行錄製不超過3分鐘的海報內容介紹影片並連同海報電子檔繳交(請提供雲端連結)

• 現場張貼海報與參與海報發表活動者才能獲得評選機會

• 海報發表當天不另外進行發表，作者僅需位於海報旁與現場參加者互動

口頭發表：

• 所有發表者必須完成報名參加2024PERIC

• 所有口頭發表簡報電子檔(限pptx或PDF)請於2024年6月20日前繳交

• 口頭發表若有多名作者，請推派一人代表

• 口頭發表時間為每組至多8分鐘為限，現場評審與聽眾提問5分鐘
