  • Flash card practice (2nd Grade: addition and subtraction) (3rd Grade: multiplication and division)

  • Xtra math (3rd graders entering fourth grade)

  • Bake/ Measuring activities in the kitchen

  • Practice telling time on an analog clock

  • Practice counting coins and adding coins. Find at least 5 different ways to make $1.00 using nickels, dimes, and quarters.

  • Keep track of the temperature every day for a week. Draw a bar graph. Compare the difference in temperatures.

  • Starting with 101, skip count by 100 until you get to 1,001. What pattern do you notice?

  • Use a grocery store flyer to plan a breakfast. List all the items you need and record the price of each item. How much will breakfast cost?
