AERIES Parent Portal

Starting in the 2019-2020 school year, Twin Rivers Unified School District will use AERIES Parent Portal for all students. The parent portal will offer a secure and convenient way to access and update your child’s information online.

The parent portal allows parents to:

  • View and update their child’s emergency contact information
  • Update student medical information
  • View standardized test scores and elementary report cards
  • View attendance information in real time
  • View the VUSD Annual Parent Notification
  • Complete the annual release acknowledgement and permission requirements

The parent portal system is self-registering. Each family will receive an email in August with information to create your account. To set up your portal, visit <<insert URL>> with the following information (your email will include your unique log-in needs):

  • A valid email address
  • Your student's ID number
  • Your primary telephone number registered with the school
  • A verification code

IMPORTANT: Parents must complete emergency contact and student health information annually. In an effort to reduce paper waste and save time for parents, VUSD is eliminating the use of the emergency cards to capture this information. Parents must utilize Aeries Parent Portal to update this critical information that is needed in the event of an emergency. Annual release acknowledgements and permission requirements will also need to be completed through the parent portal. If The school's office staff can provide you with the information needed to create an account.

It is an online program that enhances student success in the classroom by giving students, teachers, and parents online access to information about attendance, grades, and assessments.

  • Attendance information: A calendar with color codes for irregularities.
  • Place your mouse pointer (without clicking) over the date for details.
  • Progress report and Report Card Grades

  • A place to update contact information so you stay fully informed

Mobile App

The Aeries Mobile Portal is a mobile app for Parents and Students to use to access Grade, Attendance, Contact, Demographic, and Aeries Communications information in a concise, mobile-friendly format. Parents, guardians, and students can use their preexisting Parent/Student accounts to gain access to their data. For those parents or students who do not already have accounts, the Aeries Mobile Portal will guide them through the account creation process.


The Aeries Mobile Portal honors the same Aeries security and portal options that affect the information available to the parents and students when they access the Student Portal on a browser.

Aeries Communication is Twin Rivers USDs new parent communication tool. Its easy to use system means parent will receive messages from:

  • Your Child District Office
  • Your child's School Site
  • Your child's Teachers

These messages an be delivered in several forms, and parents may choose whichever is the most practical version:

  • Email (Translation available)
  • Phone (Voice)
  • SMS text

FAQs

How do I get an Aeries Student or Parent Portal account?

When an email address is entered into Aeries, accounts are created automatically. Student accounts are created by the school district. Parent accounts are entered based on information provided by the parents.

What is the website address to create an account and access Parent Portal?

What if I forgot my password?

Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page.

How do I change my password?

Once logged in, click Options to change password.

If I am new to the District do I have to register my student before being able to create a Parent Portal account?

Yes, your student must registered at a school before you are able to create a Parent Portal account. Once you are registered, your school clerical staff should be able to assist you with information needed to create an account.

I have more than one child enrolled in the District. Do I have to create multiple accounts?

No, you will only need to create a Parent Portal account once, then you can add students to that one Parent Portal account.

Do parents need to create an account every year?

No. This is a onetime process. If you have another child that enters the district, you will be able to add them to your existing account

My child lives in two different households where each parent retains educational rights. Will each parent get separate VPC codes?
