Here's what will happen next.

Once You Schedule Your Telemedicine Appointment - this is what you can expect:

Once you have completed the appointment request, and received the notification that your appointment has been scheduled, it should now show up on your personal google calendar - that's linked to your google account that you set up or already have. You will now need to complete the consent form then, you’re finished.

Someone from the TVS Office will contact you within a few days to verify your appointment and discuss the issues your pet is experiencing. or, depending on when you scheduled the appointment, they may wait and contact you the day of your appointment to go over the information. You do not have to contact the office to confirm the appointment, as long as you received a notification in your personal google/google calendar that the appointment is set.

An invitation will be sent to you, to join the Telemedicine live video prior to your appointment. You’ll use your Google Hangouts application, on your I-phone or Android phone, to join the appointment. YOU MUST HAVE THE PET WITH YOU AND BE ABLE TO SHOW THE ANIMAL ON THE VIDEO, FOR THE APPOINTMENT TO CONTINUE. This includes large animals. The Veterinarians will need to see the pet clearly, on the video chat. You cannot use your laptop or desktop computer for the telemedicine appointment. You will need to be able to move around and show the veterinarian your pet.

If you have questions about the Telemedicine appointments, please call or text the office at 470-223-VETS
