I have more than one student in the district, but I only see one of them listed when I login to HAC; how can I see my other students' information?
Please send an email to the main office staff at one of your children's schools (just one). The main office staff will be able to properly link your other children's information with your account.
If I have more than one child in the district, do I need more than one account?
No. Only one parent/guardian account is necessary to access all of your childrens' information.
I have elementary students, when will my student's information become available in HAC?
Year 1 of our rollout of eSchool will not include grading for the elementary students. Beginning year 2 of the implementation (school year 16-17), assignments and grades will be entered into eSchool and then viewable by parents/guardians.
How do I change my email address?
Simply login to HAC and click the Registration tab, then click the "Edit" button beside the student's contact information. Click Save when complete.
*Be sure to update your email as often as you change it. TVSD uses email as a primary method of communication among all buildings.
How do I view the course average for my student's classes?
First click on the Classes tab. The course average is available by clicking the "Full View" option at the upper right of the list of classes. You will notice the course average will now be listed below the list of assignments for the course. You may also click "Show All Averages" at the right to view the course.
