Hello and welcome! My name is Mrs. LaTiffany Tabb, and I proudly serve as the school counselor at Tuscaloosa Magnet Schools – Middle, part of the Tuscaloosa City Schools district.

I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama in 2013 and received a Master’s degree in School Counseling from the University of West Alabama in 2018. The 2026–2027 school year marks my eighth year as a middle school counselor educator!

I focus on helping students thrive and develop in the areas of academic success, foundational wellness, and college and career readiness as they prepare for the transition to high school. I also work closely with teachers, families, and community partners to ensure each student has the tools and support they need to thrive.

It is truly a privilege and a joy to serve the students, families, and greater Tuscaloosa community. Outside of school, I enjoy reading a great book, traveling, and spending time with my two boys, Jordan and Jace, my husband, Jermaine, and my family and friends.
