Message from the Advisor of the American Red Cross Club
Welcome! My name is Sara Smith and I am the advisor for the American Red Cross Club at Pitman High School. The purpose of this club is to actively engage the members of Pitman High School in humanitarian initiatives under the guidance of the American Red Cross. The club aims to contribute to the well-being of the school and local community through service projects, fundraisers, and leadership training.
The American Red Cross Cub is an organization that is officially recognized by the American Red Cross. The ARC (American Red Cross) set up their chapter in various schools. The purpose of the ARCC (American Red Cross Club) is to have the club members serve their community through service projects, fundraisers, and food drives, under the guidance of the ARC. The ARCC teaches survival skills and how to assist others not only locally, or nationally, but even internationally by providing humanitarian aid.
