Family Members and Staff:

If you are concerned about your child's social and emotional well-being, please click on the link below and complete the referral form.

If this is an emergency, please call 911 immediately or take your child to the nearest hospital.

Referrals are confidential and are forwarded by email to the guidance counselor at your child's school. Only those individuals with a need to know will be informed of the referral. All referrals will be responded to as soon as possible.
