(B) Introduction
(1) Unread emails are shown in bold
(2) Open the email, you can find different functions like delete, labeling on the top menu.
(3) You can reply or forward the email at the bottom.
Other Features:
Inbox: The place stores most incoming emails.
Sent: Stores all the emails you have sent.
Drafts: Saves emails that you haven't finished writing.
Spam: Holds emails that Gmail marks as risky, such as those with viruses or phishing links. Sometimes normal emails are put here by mistake, so check it regularly so you don't miss any important messages.
Trash: Keeps deleted emails temporarily. They will be deleted permanently after 30 days.

To (Recipients): You can search for people by typing keywords like last name, class name and class number, or form level.
Subject: Write a short summary of your email so the recipient knows what it is about before opening it.
Basic Text Formatting Options: Font, text color, and paragraph settings.
Attachments: You can attach files to send together with your email. Files can be: files on your computer, hyperlinks, Google Drive files, pictures, etc.
Send: Send the email immediately, or schedule it to be sent at a specific date and time.
