Top Structural Design were  commissioned to carry out a structural appraisal of a property for a prospective homebuyer.  All structural defects were recorded and photographed. A desktop study was carried out to collate all the important site specific information, like type of soil, flooding risk etc. The information was compiled into a report to fully inform the homebuyer on the structural aspects of the property.
