This project involved writing a report on the cause of the structural defects that were observed at a property at Hadley Wood in North London.

Top Structural Design visited the site and surveyed the structures, identifying and recording the defects. It became clear from the site visit that the proximity of the structures to the nearby trees led to ground movement and subsidence, which caused cracks on the walls and lifted the patio slabs.

Top Structural Design provided a clear and concise report to the Client on the cause of the defects and the remedial actions required.
