GRADING POLICY

A= 90-100% = Mastery 

B= 80-89% = Approaching Mastery 

C= 70-79% = Developing 

D= 60-69% = Needs Time to Master 

F= 59% or Below = Needs Time to Master 

Grades will be stored in PowerSchool and sent home in your child’s folder. Be sure to check the folder daily, as marked papers will give you the most information on your child’s learning 

I do not want students to fail. If they do not master a skill and score below 60% on an assignment, they will be given the chance to try again. The average of both grades will be the grade they earn.
