GRADING POLICY

I follow the TSC grading policy. In third grade students receive the following letter grades based off of their work and performance for each subject.

A = 90-100%

B = 80-89%

C = 70-79%

D = 60-69%

F = 59% and below

Science and Social Studies grades will be participation based. Personal Growth and Study Habits will be graded on a scale from 1-4. The students will be assessed on their completion of homework, cooperation with peers, showing respect, and their effort towards academics.

If a student is absent, they will have an equal number of school days to make up the work that they missed while absent. They will receive full credit for work that is completed within the correct time frame.
