Hello, and welcome to fourth grade. My name is Mr. Laufman, and I will have the privilege of being your child’s teacher this year. I began my education career teaching fourth grade at Pine Village Elementary for eleven years before coming to BGE, where I taught third grade for thirteen years before returning to fourth grade twelve years ago. This year’s class will be my 37th, and I will do my very best to make our year together a memorable one for you and your child.
I am really looking forward to a wonderful school year. By working together, we will make this a very pleasant and productive fourth grade year for your child.
