More commonly known as the “Pride of Warren since 1955”, the W.D. Packard Concert Band offers a free monthly concert to the local community throughout the year. During the winter, concerts are held inside the Packard Music Hall. In the summer, the concerts are performed outdoors on the south lawn.

W.D. Packard Music Hall is host to a number of events ranging from theatre, ballet and concert productions to gala balls, dance recitals and high school graduations as well as trade and consumer shows. The Warren Civic Chorus is a non-profit organization established to foster and promote choral music in and around Warren and is always seeking talented new voices ages 14 & older. The Chorus traditionally offers two holiday seasonal performances of George Frederic Handel's "The Messiah" at Blessed Sacrament Parish in Warren.

The Warren Civic Music Association is the oldest community arts organization in Trumbull County. For over 70 years, it has presented high-quality programs ranging from symphonies and operas to dance troupes and Broadway musicals to individual artists and musical groups.

Yankee Lake Ballroom, a 20,000-square-foot dance hall built in 1927, is a reminder of the 30s and 40s Big Band era when famous musical groups such as Benny Goodman, Tommy Dorsey and Glenn Miller played here. The largest dance hall in Trumbull County, it is still the site of concerts and special events.
