Physical Exams

Physical Exam Requirement

• A physical exam, completed within one year of the school start date, is required upon entry to preschool and kindergarten, as well as for any new/mid year enrollment.

• Thereafter, an updated physical is required in 4th, 7th and 10th grades (every three to four years).  Please note that a physical completed after January of your child's third grade year will meet the 4th grade physical requirement.
