This benefit pays for our in-home caregivers to come to the Veteran's residence and assist with dressing, bathing, personal care, meal preparation, laundry, and feeding, regardless of whether a family caregiver is home.  There is no out-of-pocket cost to you.  This is a VA-covered benefit. 

The Veterans health care provider at the local Veteran Affairs Medical Center/VA Clinics will determine how many home care hours a veteran can receive per week.  Veterans can ask their provider for more care and request Tri-State Total Care to be their care provider.  This VA service has to be initiated by the Veteran or their VA medical professional.  We can assist you with that!
