BearKnit: Color Puzzle is developed and published by TrippleQ Games (“we”, “us”, “our”). We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how we handle data.
1) What Data We Collect
We do not collect information that directly identifies you (such as your name or email) from inside the game.
However, the game integrates third-party SDKs that may automatically process limited data:

Usage & analytics (game session duration, levels/events, crash/performance logs).
Advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID/AAID) for ads measurement and fraud prevention.
IP address & coarse location (derived from IP) for security, analytics, and ad geotargeting.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of data.

3) Why We Use Data
Provide and operate the game (analytics, performance, crash fixing).

Show contextual or personalized advertising and measure ad performance.
We do not sell your data for money. Some partners may use identifiers to deliver targeted ads—see Opt-Out below.
4) Legal Bases (EEA/UK)
Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, processing is based on our legitimate interests (analytics, security, service improvement, non-essential ads) and/or your consent where partners require it for personalized ads.
5) Data Sharing & International Transfers
We share data only with the processors listed above and other service providers necessary to run the game (e.g., cloud hosting, crash analytics). These parties process data under our instructions and contractual safeguards. Data may be transferred internationally and protected using appropriate measures (e.g., SCCs).
6) Your Privacy Rights (Global)
