It is important that you plan the free time that you have for revision. Speak to your teachers or one of the Academic Excellence Team if you need help doing this.

It is also important that you plan into this some breaks and other activities in order to relax and wind down. Playing games and sports, going for a walk or swim to unwind, meeting friends or simply listening to music will help when you take a break from your revision.
