• Local Storage Only: All game progress, statistics, and settings are stored locally on your device only. This data is not transmitted to us or any third parties by the App. If you delete the App, this data may be lost.

Apple Game Center

• Functionality: The App uses Apple Game Center to provide leaderboards.

• Data Handling: Participation in Game Center is optional and governed by Apple's terms and privacy policies. The App only sends game scores and achievements to Game Center if you are logged in and choose to participate. We do not have direct access to your Game Center account data.

Apple StoreKit

• Functionality: The App uses Apple StoreKit to facilitate in-app purchases (IAPs).

• Data Handling: All IAP transactions are handled directly by the Apple App Store and are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not collect or store your payment or billing information. The App only receives confirmation from the App Store that a purchase was successfully made to unlock corresponding in-app content.

The App is designed for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13. Given that we do not collect any personal data from any user, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
