Student Tutors for Mathematics
Teachers are available to help students who are having problems in math before and/or after school and homerooms during periods 4 and 5. If you or your parents feel you need additional help outside of these times, then these math students are willing to be tutors. They set their own fees and make their own arrangements. Most are willing to travel to any community.
Graphing Calculators
For classroom presentations, Triad teachers us Texas Instruments graphing calculators. If you are purchasing a calculator, we recommend any TI-84 family calculator. TI-84 graphing calculators may also be rented from the mathematics department. In special cases, the rental fee may be waived.
