Full Name: Brooklyn Ella Casey
Parents: Heather & Troy
Siblings: Hudson (14)
Parent/Sibling Trait that you Admire: I admire my parents sense of humor. I love how they can be hanging out and talking about absolutely nothing and then two minutes later everyone starts rolling laughing because of something that isn't really funny, but funny in the moment. I also admire my mom's ability to get things done. If she wants something done and she's motivated to do it, it will happen. Another thing I admire is how calm my dad is all of the time. It's amazing how he can seem so relaxed even if he has no reason to be.
When I was young, I envisioned myself to be: An architect.
Future Plans: I plan to attend the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in the fall and major in Actuarial Science.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years: In 10 years, I see myself in a big corner office somewhere in a major city, and I also want to travel the world at some point.
What is your most memorable moment from school years at Treynor: One of the things that I will remember most is back stage during musicals and the cast parties afterwards. These are the times when I was with some of my closest friends and I got to make so many memories. Although it gets a bit crazy at times, it's crazy in the best way possible.
What extra-curricular activities were you involved in at Treynor? I was involved in Marching Band, Jazz Band, Concert Band, Choir, Fall Musical, Spring Play, Large Group and Individual Speech, JOI Club, NHS, and Varsity Golf.
If you have a day without commitments, what would you most likely be doing? I would most likely be out on the town with my friends going to Barnes and Noble and eating delicious food.
What are some of your favorites (e.g. books, movies, foods)? TV Show: Friends; Book: Thieves' Gambit; Food: Peanut Butter; Movies: Dirty Dancing, Mean Girls, and Knives Out; Musical: Heathers or Waitress; Music Artist: Laufey
What will you miss the most about THS? I will miss the teachers and friends that I have spent so much time with over the years and all of the different activities that have given me my own little community.
What advice would you give underclassmen? Get involved in anything you can to have fun. It doesn't matter how good you are at anything really, just build friendships and memories.
