Parent/Sibling Trait that you Admire: Their dedication and support they have for me and the rest of my family as well as their work ethic. I admire my mom's love and support. She is always there for me to have someone to talk to and give me advice. I admire my dad's motivation to help me when I need it. I appreciate his help with my homework and scholarships in which I have learned a lot from him. Lastly, I admire my sister's kindness and creativity. She is kind and respectful to her family and friends, but also likes doing her favorite hobbies and isn't afraid to try new things, whether it's sports, baking, or crafts.
When I was young, I envisioned myself to be: A teacher.
Future Plans: My future plans are to attend Iowa State University to major in animal science. After undergrad, I then plan to attend vet school and become a small animal veterinarian.
Where do you see yourself in 10 years: Starting a family, spending time with the friends I have made in high school and college, and having a job at a vet clinic while helping others in my community, including animals.
What is your most memorable moment from school years at Treynor: My most memorable moment from high school was cheering for the football team with the community and going to state basketball to cheer for boys and girls my senior year.
What extra-curricular activities were you involved in at Treynor? I have been involved in the National Honors Society (3 years), Football cheer (4 years) Basketball cheer (2 years), Band (3.5 years), Wrestling cheer (3 years), and Softball (3 years).
If you have a day without commitments, what would you most likely be doing? I would most likely be hanging out with friends or listening to music in my free time.
What are some of your favorites (e.g. food, movies, books)? My favorite colors are blue and black. My favorite food is mac and cheese. My favorite dessert is brownies. My favorite TV show is "Castle". My favorite song is "Rewrite the Stars" from The Greatest Showman.
What will you miss the most about THS? I will miss the community and the friends I have made throughout the years. I will also miss the teachers and the relationships I have built with them.
What advice would you give underclassmen? Cherish the moments you have with your friends and classmates while you still have the time because graduation will come quicker than you think! Seize the opportunities you have now because you may not get another opportunity in the future. Be sure to leave time out of your day to relax and not stress.
