Gracie Sanchez manages thirteen different states, focusing on the Central region. She received her Masters in Higher Education while being a student-athlete academic advisor and collegiate women's basketball coach. Gracie has experience within the advising, retention management, project management, and CSM fields after working in Higher Education at Pearson, and making the jump to EdTech. She enjoys building relationships with customers to ensure confidence with new VR technology!
Jaime Santini manages fifteen states including the west and central regions. She has over 12 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, and sales operations within the EdTech and E-Learning industries. Her role as a Customer Success Manager is perfect for her dedication to enhancing her customer's experiences and unique journeys. Jaime is committed to fostering positive outcomes and strong relationships with her customers!
Kelly Bovard manages 9 states mostly concentrated in the southern region of the country. A former elementary educator who earned a Master’s in Education, Kelly is passionate about elevating the student experience and driving fidelity use with technology solutions. Kelly's 20+ years of experience include sales, professional development, and Customer Success in the K-12 space. Kelly is grateful for her teammates and excited each day to collaborate with our customers in driving our mission!
Nicola Blacklaw manages the Northeast states including Ohio and Michigan. With a Master's in Education and 20 years of experience in the field, Nicola's career began as an elementary teacher, where she spent 8 years, including serving on a district leadership team and designing and conducting professional learning sessions. For the past 12 years, she has established herself as a skilled CSM in EdTech, bringing a wealth of knowledge of end-to-end customer lifecycle management, and a strong belief that collaboration and shared goals lead to collective success.
Transfr Implementation Training Webinar: Virtual 90-minute group setting webinar. During this session you will learn how to create classes and trainee accounts, monitor progress, and measure impact. Headset navigation is a key component of this training. Please come with headsets charged and connected to wifi.
