READY School Incubator
The READY School Incubator offers comprehensive support for innovative leaders to develop the school models that Rochester families want and need.
Rochester parents and caregivers consistently share that they want schools that support and challenge students differently. In response, READY launched a community-based school design process to flesh out a vision for the new school models that Rochester needs. The READY School Incubator will provide funding and support to bring these new school models to life.
READY School Incubator Core Offerings
READY will offer two programs that comprehensively support educators to dream, pilot, and eventually launch the next generation of Rochester schools.
The READY School Incubator "Design Studio" is a part-time workshop for leaders to gain the knowledge, skills, and conviction to dream, design, and test a small part of a bold new school model.
The READY School Incubator "Launch" is projected to kick off in Fall 2025. It will be a year-long, full-time opportunity for visionary leaders looking to bring their detailed vision for an innovative Rochester-based school model to life.
