The conference
The year 2022 marks the twentieth anniversary of the decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria, which established the Faculty of Education at Trakia University - Stara Zagora. The Faculty is a cultural and educational successor of the long-established traditions in the city in the field of pedagogy and pedagogical education, extending to the Bulgarian Enlightenment.
For the past twenty years the Faculty of Education at Trakia University has established itself as one of the leading institutions in the country in the field of higher education, which trains thousands of in-service and pre-service teachers in various fields of preschool and school education, special and social pedagogy, ICT and fine arts education.
Given the problems and challenges facing modern education systems today, we are pleased to invite you to our international online conference on "Education and Contemporary Challenges".

15.05.2022 – deadline for submission of applications and abstracts (on the conference web site)
24–25.06.2022 – holding the conference
31.08.2022 – deadline for sending the complete reports for printing in the journal "Pedagogical Forum" (in Bulgarian), Trakia Journal of Sciences (in English) and Student Almanac (in Bulgarian).
Without participation fee.
