Certified Staff...

When the certified staff clicks the link of the title of the session on the website, it takes you directly to Frontline for enrollment. When the certified staff clicks the platform link on the website, it allows them to complete the Google Form for capturing their information (name, ID number, building, job assignment) for attendance and direct access to the presentation. When it is a Zoom Session you have to enter the information that is listed for access. When it a Pre-recorded Session, just click the link for access.

Classified Staff...

When the classified staff clicks the platform link on the website, it allows them to complete the Google Form for capturing their information (name, ID number, building, job assignment) for attendance and direct access to the presentation. Q: How to enroll in Frontline?

A. Click the link www.frontlineeducation.com. Log in using your user name and password.


Q. How do I locate sessions in Frontline?

A. Once logged in, located on the left side of the navigation bar. Scroll down for District Catalog. Click. The sessions will appear on the next page. Sessions are alphabetical. Scroll down and click the session link. It takes you to a new page. Scroll down to see the link for SIGN UP NOW. You are enrolled.


Q. I have enrolled on Frontline before going to the Website. Do I need to enroll again?

A. No.


Q. I have not enrolled on Frontline, but I am on the Website. How do I enroll?

A. You will click the title link for the session. It will direct you to Frontline.


Q: If a person does not enroll on Frontline, will they still be able to receive points? re: could not log on or forgot log on information

A. Yes. Under the platform type, the person will click the link to access the presentation. There they will complete the google form for the presentation. The form works the same as when you had to sign your name on the attendance sheet because you didn't enroll on Frontline.


Q. How will you know if I attended the session?

A. The link to access the presentation will capture your information.


Q. What if I only enroll on Frontline, will I still get the points?

A. No. You have to click the link to access the presentation on the Website and complete the google form.


Q. Do we have to do the feedback form?

A. We, as learners, are constantly wanting to make sure we are delivering purposeful, just-in-time sessions. The information gathered will help us improve. In other words, we extend an invitation to you to share your feedback.


Q. Which feedback form do we do? Frontline or Website

A. You can do either one.


Q: How are the sessions presented?

A. Pre-recorded or a Live Zoom


Q. How many sessions much I attend? Includes paras/administrative assistant/secretary

A. There is no set number of sessions to attend.


Q. How long will the sessions be on the Website?

A. Sessions will be available on the Website until May 1 then they will be moved to the professional learning website for later viewing.


Q. Are there required sessions? Same for paras.

A. Yes. Building Principal Meetings, Dyslexia, social studies performance assessment. Maybe attending content-specific sessions.


Q. How do paraeducators/administrative assistant/secretary enroll?

A. Paras will enroll on the Website only. They will click the link under the platform type to access the presentation. They will complete the google form.
