Extranet & Intranet - What's the difference?
The TPS Extranet is a secure, private network that allows authorized users to access external resources such as library & education, testing, and translation documentation.
The TPS Intranet is a private network only for employees that includes access to department pages, support documents, calendars, and other internal resources.
For access to both networks, click the home button next to the Google address bar. The Extranet will open and the Intranet can be accessed under 'TPS Sites' on the landing page. This video demonstrates how to access the TPS Extranet & Intranet.

TPS relies on Frontline Education (often referred to as Aesop) to manage absences. This five-minute video demonstrates how to log into Frontline to record absences. Please check with your supervisor to request any department-specific guidelines.
