Maths:

Some of the tricky word/real life problems (involving fractions) that we have tackled this week!

Do you notice anything else different about our classroom?

PE:

The students had a chance this week to show me their football skills, while I had a chance to assist them in strengthening these skills!

We ended the session with some healthy competition by getting in to House Teams and playing some short games.

We were also chosen to spend some additional time with the two teachers that have been cycling around the world raising money and awareness for their chosen charity. We learned a little about each one of the countries they have traveled through already and got to do some extra writing with them based on our chosen soft toy that we also got to bring in to school with us on Thursday!

Homework : Students have been given English homework, there are new mymaths tasks to be completed, a new list of Spellings, times tables practicing and, if you/the pupils have time, more additional tasks to be found on the Homework Grid.

Notices: There are still certain pupils that are forgetting their PE kits. Just to remind you all that students need their PE kits for their PE session on Tuesdays and their swimming items on Fridays.

As always, if you have any questions or queries please come and find me at the end of the school day or send me an email.

Hope you all have a GREAT weekend :)
